These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jat99 ("jat99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jat99 platform, available at jat99.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jat99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

To register and use jat99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any commercial entity.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory ruling, or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under that jurisdiction's laws.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of jat99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform suppliers.

jat99 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents (National ID, passport, driving licence) or other proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each individual player may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on jat99 at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts associated with that individual.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your correct date of birth, a valid email address that you own and control, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account profile promptly if any of your details change.

jat99 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time when unusual account activity is detected. Account features including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering may be temporarily restricted while verification is in progress.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jat99 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

jat99 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at jat99's sole discretion; the current list of accepted payment methods is always shown on the Platform's Deposit page.

All of the following conditions apply to deposits made on jat99:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.
• jat99 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jat99 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your jat99 wallet as soon as confirmation is received from the payment provider, which is typically instant for mobile banking channels such as bKash and Nagad.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your wallet. If you believe a deposit has been credited in error, contact live support immediately.

jat99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your jat99 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are shown at the point of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own legal name and matching the details on your verified jat99 account. jat99 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals submitted during business hours are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays (including Eid), or periods of high platform activity.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed the applicable identity verification checks. First-time withdrawals above a certain threshold may trigger an additional review as part of jat99's standard fraud prevention procedures.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

jat99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, jat99 will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before the withdrawal is approved or declined.

jat99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including eligibility criteria, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates — are stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms page.

The following general conditions apply to all jat99 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment account unless otherwise stated.
• jat99 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or wagering strategy exploitation has occurred.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion or deposit limit that renders the bonus inaccessible are not entitled to a cash equivalent of the bonus.

All sports bets placed on jat99 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the Platform's Sportsbook Rules section, in addition to the general rules set out here. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an official bet confirmation and the wager appears in your Bet History. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation, the bet will not be settled as a winning bet on jat99's part.
• jat99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human error ("palpable error"). Such bets will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Bets accepted in-play are final subject to the applicable market rules. jat99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the Sportsbook Rules applicable to the specific sport and market. In most cases, abandoned matches result in voided bets with stakes returned.
• Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournament fixtures, and Bangladesh national team matches is subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published in the Sportsbook section.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jat99 Platform. A finding that any player has engaged in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one account, whether in your own name or using different personal details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, including but not limited to matched betting on bonus funds, hedging, and low-risk arbitrage wagering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same game table or in the same event to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Match-fixing or insider knowledge: Placing bets based on knowledge of predetermined outcomes or non-public information relating to sporting events.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider after having used the deposited funds for wagering on the Platform.

jat99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to the situations described in Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct), failure to complete identity verification, provision of false registration information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account wallet will be held and may not be withdrawn during the investigation period. jat99 aims to complete investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate its findings to the player concerned unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing inquiry or legal process.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting live chat support. Voluntary account closures made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are subject to the conditions set out in Section 11. Where an account is voluntarily closed with a positive real-money balance, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account within five (5) business days, subject to any outstanding verification or security checks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without jat99's prior written consent.

The jat99 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of jat99. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jat99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures, server interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service outages that affect your access to the Platform or the processing of transactions.
• Incorrect or erroneous information displayed on the Platform due to human error or technical malfunction, where such error has been corrected promptly after discovery.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to prohibited conduct.
• The actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service partners that are outside jat99's direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit jat99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability of this nature are not enforceable, jat99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

jat99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and during your use of the Platform is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. jat99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed identity verification providers, payment processors, and game certification bodies where strictly necessary to provide the Platform's services.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data jat99 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

jat99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jat99 will notify registered players by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with each player account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will govern that dispute.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jat99's offshore operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to jat99's customer support team via live chat or email, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jat99's support team within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures set out in jat99's Dispute Resolution Policy, a copy of which is available from customer support on request.

Nothing in these Terms prevents jat99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address a breach of these Terms that causes or threatens to cause imminent harm to jat99 or other players on the Platform.
